eCitation:
Our solution to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and retention of officers’ daily ticketing efforts is the introduction of an eCitation system. eCitation systems allow officers to create, print, and electronically transmit citations and other information. The electronic system can also capture parking and crash/accident data if desired. Combining all of the advanced capabilities, an eCitation system is proven to save time, increase accuracy, and improve both data retention and reporting.
ePark:
An Extension of the eCitation mobile solution, ePark adds the ability to track parking times for individual cars and also issue parking-specific tickets. Use of photo-capture and receipt of payments via handheld can also be added.
eCrash:
Also an Extension of the eCitation mobile solution, eCrash adds the ability to capture photos and hand-drawings (all done on the same mobile computer.) Standardized accident reports can be printed via the existing mobile printer. A report can be given to all pertinent parties involved with the accident.
